Booking information:

Upon receipt of your booking we will send you our invoice. A 25% deposit is required to confirm any booking. Reservations cannot be held without deposit. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 45 days before the trip departure date.

• M7 (Burma) & SS (Thailand) Liveaboard Diving Cruises: Transfers from SEAL dive centre to yacht, on-board accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit and soft drinks + Divemaster services, tanks, weights and dive lights. • Adventure Cruises:(M6 – Burma) Transfer from SEAL office or pick up at Phuket or Ranong airport, on-board accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit and soft drinks, + snorkeling equipment, divemaster services, tanks, weights/belts. (PP-PI – Thailand) Transfer from your hotel in Phuket or pick up at Phuket airport, on-board accommodation, all meals, fresh fruit and soft drinks, + snorkeling equipment, divemaster services, tanks, weights/belts
• Sea Kayak Safaris: Transfers from SEAL office in Phuket to Ranong by air-conditioned mini-bus, or pick-up in Ranong. All meals, fresh fruit, sun-downers, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water. Safari camp accommodation. Services of the support crew. Travel in and attendance of the support vessel, ‘SEAL 1’ (9 metre Arctic 28 RIB). Kayaking equipment, including single and double Ocean Kayaks

• Dive courses: Use of all diving equipment for the duration of the course, + the course manual, dive tables, log book and certification. We can arrange to pick up customers at hotels at places other thann Patong, Karon & Kata, such as Bang Tao, Phuket town and Cape Panwa, but the cost of transfer would be additional. Lunch, fresh fruit and soft drinks on board the day-dive boat, dive tanks, belt/weights, divemaster services, transfers from Patong, Karon & Kata. Payments:
Payments from outside Thailand can be made by telegraphic transfer or by credit card. Payment details are shown on our invoice.

• 60 days or more: deposit returned minus bank charges
• Between 45 and 60 days: deposit lost
• Between 30 and 45 days: 50% of total price returned
• Less than 30 days: total price lost

Force Majeure:
If, before the start of the cruise, Acts of God, political incident, perils of sea, force majeure or heavy weather covering the cruise route or ports of call should render sailing inadvisable or dangerous to the life or health of the passengers or to the vessel, the Company and/or vessel captain, with or without consultation, shall have the right to delay or re-route the cruise. Likewise, in the course of the execution of the cruise, should heavy weather or force majeure events occur to make it inadvisable for passengers to land, or for the vessel to enter a port, the vessel captain shall have the right to delay or postpone sailing until conditions permit the parties to make adjustments to the itinerary including cancellation of certain landfalls or the re-squencing of island visits.

Mergui Archipelago, Burma:
If circumstances should arise such as political unrest, fighting on the Thai/Burma border, flight cancellations or any other risk to customers or vessels, South East Asia Liveaboards Co Ltd reserves the right to cancel the trip. If this should be the case, we would re-route the trip to another destination at no extra cost to customers.

Insurance:
We highly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy with cover that includes cancellation, medical care, medical evacuation and personal effects.
